All sales are final
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Once an order has been shipped or delivered, products cannot be returned to us.
Damaged or defective products
If an item arrives damaged, defective, leaking, broken, or otherwise unusable, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
After reviewing the issue, we may provide, at our discretion:
- A replacement product, or
- A full or partial refund for the affected product.
We may request photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, or other information needed to verify the issue.
Incorrect or missing items
If you receive the wrong product or an item is missing from your shipment, please contact us so we can review the order and correct the issue.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the refund is related to an error by BigBacShop.com or a damaged/defective shipment.
Products not eligible for refund or replacement
Refunds or replacements will not generally be provided for:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Products ordered by mistake
- Products that are no longer wanted
- Issues caused by improper storage, handling, or use after delivery
- Products that have been altered, opened, damaged, or disposed of before we have had a reasonable opportunity to review the issue
